Chäste is a singer-songwriter based in the Midlands, whose music blends elements of alternative folk with electronica and post-rock.
His musical mission is to weave together the familiar conventions of the folk songwriting tradition with the isolating textures of electronica and post-rock, crafting an at once beautiful and intimate yet disarmingly haunting and plaintive experience for the listener.
He released his first single, Chérubin, in November 2025.
